CAMPING
We are pleased to welcome you to the Raymond DEMY Circuit for the Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations 2023. Camping is an integral part of major motorcycle events, but the actions of a few can jeopardize the enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. Below, you will find information about the camping area and the rules of conduct. We kindly ask you to adhere to these guidelines, as the success of our events depends on it.
To access the camping area, simply follow the directional signs provided for this purpose.
A team of volunteers will be available to welcome spectators 24/7 starting from Thursday, October 5th, at 2:00 PM. No campers will be allowed before the camping area opens.
Upon arrival, please present your reservation (e-ticket) or pay a fee of €40/vehicle (cash/credit card).
Holding tickets to attend the Motocross of Nations is mandatory for entry into the camping area. A ticket booth is set up at the entrance to the area.
EMERGENCY/SAFETY
In case of difficulty, it is recommended to first contact the emergency station located near the access gate of the circuit, next to the catering area. The emergency teams are available 24/7 to address your needs. Since the camping area is organized into numbered alleys, please specify this number if necessary.
THE USE OF BARBECUE IS PROHIBITED OUTSIDE OF DESIGNATED AREAS
IN THE CAMPING GROUND
For safety reasons, THE USE OF PIT BIKES OR ANY OTHER MOTORIZED VEHICLES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED WITHIN THE CAMPING AREA AND WITHIN THE CIRCUIT PREMISES, AND VIOLATORS MAY FACE CONFISCATION AND LEGAL ACTION.
THE USE OF VEHICLES AND/OR ENGINES FOR PURPOSES OTHER THAN THEIR USUAL FUNCTION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND MAY RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION.
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
Several sanitary facilities (showers/toilets) are provided for campers. Volunteer teams maintain these facilities throughout the weekend, so we kindly ask you to respect their work and leave the areas clean after your use.
Shower hours:
Friday, October 6th: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Saturday, October 7th: 5:30 AM to 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Sunday, October 8th: 5:30 AM to 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Price : €2 per shower
Waste management :
A trash bag will be provided to you upon arrival, and designated areas throughout the camping area are available for the disposal of household waste and recycling. Please ensure to check the cleanliness of your campsite before departing.

RESTAURANT/ENTERTAINMENT AREA:
A restaurant area is located near the circuit, featuring food stalls and a bar (open until 2:00 AM). Additionally, a DJ will be present in this area on Saturday, October 7th, starting from 9:00 PM.

Friday, October 6th: 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Saturday, October 7th: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday, October 8th: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
VIGIPIRATE SECURITY PLAN:
As part of the ‘Vigipirate’ security plan, visual bag checks will be conducted at the circuit entrance. Glass containers are prohibited within the public area.
